Installation problems

If Taggy is not appearing after installation, ensure it is enabled in your browser's extensions page. Restart Chrome and try again.

License key activation issues

Make sure you have entered your license key exactly as provided (no spaces before/after). An active internet connection is required for activation. If your license is valid but still not working, email us with your key for manual verification.

Payment or subscription questions

If you have been charged incorrectly, need to update payment details, or want to change your plan, email us with your purchase email and transaction ID so we can assist you.

Reporting bugs or technical issues

Describe the problem in detail, including the steps to reproduce it. Include screenshots if possible. This will help us diagnose and fix it faster.

Feature requests or suggestions

Q1. How many pages can I save in the Free version?

The Free version allows you to save up to 20 pages with tags, notes, and ratings.

Q2. What extra features do I get in the Pro version?

Pro unlocks unlimited saves and the ability to export your data as a CSV file filtered by tag.

Q3. How do I activate my Pro license?

Open Taggy's popup, enter your license key in the activation box, and click Activate. Once verified, your Pro features will be unlocked immediately.

Q4. Does Taggy work offline?

Yes. All your saved data is stored locally in your browser — no internet connection is required for normal use.

Q5. Is my data synced across devices?

Currently, Taggy stores your data locally in the browser where you save it. Data is not synced across devices.

Q6. Can I request a new feature?

Absolutely! We welcome feedback and feature requests. Just email us your idea and we'll review it for future updates.
